What You Will Learn?
- Hello! :) Welcome to my new Skillshare class!.
- My name is Vania and I will be your teacher! I love to knit, to do crochet, to sew and to build things using laser machines and 3D printers. At the moment I am working at a makerspace, where I am responsible for the textiles department! I am also studying fashion design :).
- In this class I am going to teach you the basics of crochet. You will build samples for each type of stitch, and you will do a granny square!.
- The students will learn:.

- Project Description.
- In this class we will practise each crochet stitch, making small samples for each stitch. I recommend to have these samples so it will be easier to see the different way each stitch looks. And of course, it will be an opportunity to practice the technique!.
- After practising doing the samples we will make a lovely granny square!.
- There are 2 documents available for this class. One with differences between the US and the UK nomenclatures. The other with the pattern for the Granny Square Project..
- Make lovely squares, and play with different colors to build them!.
- I would love to see the photos of your squares! Please share them :).
- Thank you!.
- Happy makings! :).
