  • Absolutely, 100% yes! All are welcome., especially beginners. You don't need to know anything about yoga or be flexible to take the class. You don't need to know postures names, or even have ever tried yoga before. All you need is the willingness to become more flexible, listen to your body and create a well-rounded yoga stretching routine with my help! You will need a yoga mat (or just fitness mat), block or a pile of books or rolled towel, and a belt or strap or elastic towel to help you stretch well. :).
