Whether you’re familiar with symbols or just starting out, this class will show you how to build complex (nested) symbols for an app, website, or other user interface. I'll also provide some tips on when it makes sense to use symbols and other times when it doesn't.In this class we’ll cover:.
- I’ll walk you through three examples step-by-step, starting with a simple button symbol, to a scalable navigation bar, and finally a customizable modal component. In this class, I assume you have a basic understanding of the Sketch app as I don't cover an overview of Sketch itself. However, Sketch is quite easy to learn, so if you haven't used it yet, don't be afraid to give it a shot!I hope by the end of this class you’ll understand and embrace how powerful complex and nested symbols can be!.
