In this video series, we focus on applying a methodology for prenatal yoga with the Elements by using prenatal-safe yoga postures for maintaining a healthy pregnancy, keeping mum and baby in harmony and constitutionally balanced. This series is appropriate for anyone desiring a gentle yoga practice and/or for expectant mum's who are in their all trimesters of pregnancy.
