What You Will Learn?
- Hi everyone!.
- In this class, I'm gonna show you how to make magnetic calendar for your kids with Cricut machine..
- I paste the dates on wooden circle, attach magnetic tape on the back of it, and my kids can set up the dates, the months and the days all by her self. It's also a good learning activity for younger kids who just learn numbers. .
- the calendar SVG file will be provided, you can download it when you join this class. I put each design elements in different layer, so it will be easier for you to arrange in Cricut Design Space. .
- you will need :.
- - Cricut machine (or other cutting machine).
- - vinyl (removable vinyl, permanent vinly, adhesive foil).
- - transfer tape.
- - magnetic tape : link here.
- - metal disc (diameter 3cm) : link here.
- - weeding tool.
- - scraper.
- - scissors.
- - Cricut mat (I use standard grip mat).
- - wooden circle (diameter 3.5cm) : link here.
- - wooden rectangle (smaller size : 9cm x 3cm, bigger size : 14cm x 3cm) : I've go this customised, but you can use acrylic here or cut out from cardboard / chipboard.
- - clear acrylic (A3 size) : link here.
- *please take note that the wooden circle (for dates) and wooden rectangle (for months and days) size depends on how big you want your calendar to be. .
