This program provides you with an empowering, inclusive, age appropriate approach to fostering healthy life skills in kids yoga classes. We recognize that in order to empower kids, we need to support and encourage kids. This Kids Yoga Training gives you the tools you need to support the next generation in feeling healthier, happier and embracing mindfulness.
