What You Will Learn?

  • Class Overview: .
  • What if you were able to take cues from your current mood to help determine which task has the most momentum to get done? This is Mood First Productivity ™ !.
  • This class is going to help you build a system so your tasks and objectives can serve your mood and mental state. .
  • What You Will Learn: .
  • Why You Should Take This Class: .
  • We want to be efficient BUT we are all emotional beings. The threat we face is the prevailing  narrative that tells us to ignore our mood in order to be more efficient. .
  • This class is going to give you skills to flow with your emotional state in any given moment..
  • This is a step towards being authentic in your moments and remaining relevant to your objectives..
  • I am a practicing Licensed Mental Health Professional and over the last decade it has been my passion to build integrated professional, emotional and relational health for myself and others. For me, Mood first Productivity is core to that mission. .
  • Who This Class is For: .
  • This class is ideal for people looking to be more in tune with their body, mood and mental state. This is also a great fit for people who have a lot of tasks and often feel overwhelmed in their daily responsibilities. If you have done any work with Getting Things Done by David Allen or Building a Second Brain with Tiago Forte, this would be a great next step for you!.
  • Materials/Resources: .
  • To participate in this class you will need a task manager, I recommend Todoist. .
  • During the class we will be assessing our mood using either of these two tools: .
  • Bonus:.
  • Here are some Todoist templates to help automatically attach mood and mental state tags/labels to common projects. .
