Tips for Using Your Journal

What You Will Learn?

  • Journaling is one of the most powerful self improvement habits you can develop. It allows you to think on paper, capturing ideas. Organize, plan and reflect on what you really want in your life. Keeping a journal is the first step in manifesting your desires and achieving your goals. It can also be a habit that helps you to facilitate your personal development by tracking your growth progress. This one habit of journaling can be done in many ways and for this reason many people use multiple journals (lists and planners) for different topics or ideas. The problem with having multiple journals (ex. gratitude journal, planner, diary, bullet journal, business notes, manifestation journal, etc) is that there is usually a lack in organization across these journals making focus/clarity more difficult. .
  • To use your journal more effectively you need one journal that does it all. One “life book” for all your ideas. I’m going to teach you how to set up your bullet journal so that you can use one journal for everything, effectively. The skills you will learn in this course will help you be more organized and build good habits. This course is for anyone interested in starting or improving their journaling habits. I’ll share the systems I’ve  developed that help me design, plan and document my life. Learn how to organize one easily accessible journal to capture all of your greatest ideas. .
