In this course we will look at the following features of SharePoint administration:

Sites – you build sites and relate them to each other so they can share navigation.

Lists – have columns of data representing fields on a form.

Document Libraries – central location for collaborating on Office documents.

Columns – these are added to lists and libraries to help identify and store data.

Views – these allow you to see all your documents and items, filtered and sorted.

Permissions – everything in SharePoint can be secured from unauthorized access.

There are 16 videos in this course and all but 1 are under 5 minutes. The activities consist of the instructor walking you through using the features of SharePoint. You can watch and learn how to do each one. If you want to perform these activities on your own, you will need your own SharePoint license. Microsoft has made SharePoint very affordable.
