- Layering technique is a secret for creating transparency in the petals of flowers. In this class we will cover the basics of layering technique painting African daisies in loose style. First we will do some warm up exercises and cover trouble shooting of possible difficulties related with this technique. Moreover, our additional challenge will be to use a limited color palette which is very beneficial for developing color mixing skills. .
- You need to have some basic watercolor knowledge and color mixing skills. If you are a beginner or struggle with color mixing I invite you first to watch my Color Mixing Basics course and then dive into layering technique..
- In this class we will not use a pencil sketch, you will be able to create a unique painting in a loose style..
- All lessons are in real time, just grab your paints and brushes and let´s dive into painting!.
